Educated Reality Consulting Group is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that helps colleges, universities, K-12 school districts, athletic departments, and correctional education programs turn complex regulatory obligations into workable, sustainable systems. Instead of treating compliance as a defensive checkbox exercise, we build proactive Achievement Ecosystems that protect federal funding, safeguard student dignity, and reduce the administrative friction that so often stands between vulnerable students and their education.

Our platform and services are designed for the people who carry institutional risk on their shoulders every day: trustees and board members, presidents and chancellors, general counsel, athletic directors, superintendents, DOC administrators, and federal grant managers. Whether the pressure point is Title IX, NIL and NCAA compliance, Title IV financial aid, Clery Act safety reporting, AI governance, Pell-PEP corrections programs, or K-12 state mandates, we provide diagnostic assessments, remediation roadmaps, and hands-on implementation support.

Educated Reality is built and led by a governance board of doctoral-level educators, attorneys, and compliance specialists, chaired by founder and CEO Dr. Rafael Class II. Our team combines lived experience with rigorous academic and legal credentials, and our Chief Compliance Officer reports directly to an independent Board of Trustees to ensure every recommendation we make is free of internal conflict of interest. As a public charity, our surplus is reinvested directly into expanding access to compliant, dignified education.
